Designer Notes You’ll Actually Use

• Test black-and-white conversion: Does the heart retain shape and weight when stripped of color? (It does—line integrity stays strong.)
• Verify contrast: Preview on both light and dark backgrounds—especially for web design and social media graphics where background switching is common.
• Scale rigorously: View at 25%, 100%, and 300% in your vector editor. Confirm no stray anchor points or jagged paths in the SVG or EPS.
• Mock it up in context: Drop it onto real product mockups—not just flat previews. Does it feel balanced on a curved mug? Does it sit comfortably beside a tagline on a tote bag?
• Check PNG transparency: Open in Photoshop or Figma—no hidden artifacts, no semi-opaque fringes.
• Confirm commercial license: This is non-negotiable. Verify the license explicitly permits use in client-facing work, print-on-demand, Etsy products, and digital resale (e.g., as part of a Canva template or design bundle).
• Compare with your type system: Try it beside serif, sans serif, script, and display fonts in your brand kit—does it enhance or distract?
